DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

This chandelier of fine scale is organised around a central moulded baluster stem, adorned at mid-height with a crown of stylised dolphin heads with curved necks, a citation of the Neoclassical repertoire. Twelve long curved light arms, arranged in two tiers, spread widely and receive cylindrical nozzles on cups. The lower sphere ends in a pinecone finial, the suspension being effected by a gilt chain and ceiling cap.

This model belongs to the tradition of Dutch and Neoclassical chandeliers revisited by the French production of the 1950s, when gilt brass with ample lines dressed dining rooms and halls of fine residences.

Condition report: Good overall condition. Brass with an even and warm gilt patina. Electricity checked by an electrician. A generous and architectural chandelier, ideal above a large table or in a stairwell.
