DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
This shelf unit features a structure with quadrangular uprights in transparent Plexiglas, assembled by connecting blocks and gilt brass ends that punctuate the composition with warm glints. Three smoked glass tiers, set in chromed metal frames, punctuate the height and offer generous display surfaces while preserving total visual transparency.
This dialogue between Plexiglas, chrome and brass is emblematic of French and Italian design of the 1970s, in the spirit of the productions of Pierre Vandel or Charles Hollis Jones, who made plexiglass the chic material of the contemporary interiors of the decade.
Condition report: Good general condition. Clear Plexiglas possibly presenting fine surface scratches inherent to the material, brass with a gilt patina, smoked glass in good condition with probable micro-scratches from use. A light and luminous shelf unit, ideal for displaying books and objects without weighing down the space.
