DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

This pair of bronze candelabras with five light arms is part of the neoclassical decorative sculpture tradition of the turn of the 20th century. The massive patinated bronze structure features a flared base, a richly ornate central shaft, and five curved arms radiating in a crown around a central bobèche. The applied motifs — acanthus leaves, palmettes, beads — reflect the taste for classical ornamentation typical of the late Belle Époque. The dark patina of the bronze, enhanced by a few golden highlights on the edges, gives the pieces all their depth. As a pair, they form a harmonious and symmetrical ensemble, ideal for furnishing the console of an entrance, the mantle of a fireplace, or a dining room sideboard.
