DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
Each reading lamp features a tubular gilt brass shaft punctuated with turned rings, resting on a stepped circular base. The swan-neck articulated arm, mounted on a double ball joint, allows the light to be directed as required. The conical grey velvet shades bring a soft and contemporary note to the whole.
This model of reading lamp with an articulated arm, in the tradition of Neoclassical library lamps, is characteristic of 1970s work, which brought gilt brass back into fashion in cosy interiors. The pair, rarer than the single piece, makes symmetrical use easy.
Condition report: Good general condition. Brass with a fine gilt patina, velvet shades in good presentation condition. Wiring to be checked before use. An ideal pair on either side of a sofa or a bed, as a refined reading light.
