DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
This chandelier deploys around a central chromed shaft a teeming composition of scrolls, crooks and rings of polished metal, from which are suspended drops of cut optical glass lenses that multiply the light. Eight curved arms carry sockets with spherical bulbs with a mirrored cap, which reflect the brilliance onto the chromed elements.
This spectacular aesthetic, between revisited traditional chandelier and luminous sculpture, allows the piece to be linked to the taste of Gaetano Sciolari, the famous Roman light fittings manufacturer whose 1970s creations defined Italian modernist luxury.
Condition report: Good general condition. Bright and uniform chrome, complete glass lenses possibly showing likely minor surface scratches. Wiring to be checked before use. A piece of character, which dramatizes a stairwell or a dining room.
