DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

This ice bucket features a baluster-shaped body entirely sheathed in dark green leather with visible saddle stitching, mounted on a circular brass base. The domed brass lid, surmounted by a dark wood knob, sits within a neck also banded in brass. A large arched handle in a brass blade, fitted with a turned wood grip, allows it to be carried. The combination of saddle-stitched leather and brass refers to the art of living of the 1960s, in the spirit of the bar objects of Jacques Adnet or the elegant productions of Aldo Tura; this Italian work attests to the refinement of transalpine tableware of the period. Condition report: Good overall condition. Sound leather with a fine deep green tone, brass showing a patina of use and some natural oxidation spots lending its authenticity. A bar accessory full of character for a cabinet of curiosities or an aperitif console.
